- Voice recording and transcription
- AI-powered summaries and action items
- Task management
- Cloud synchronization
- Translation services
- Multiple rewrite styles
User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use only one account per person
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Content
Regarding your content:
- You retain full ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal
- We may remove content that violates these terms
We do not claim ownership of any content you create using Spoken.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Upload harmful, offensive, or malicious content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
- The Spoken app, logo, and design are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software
- Your content remains your intellectual property
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services
Payment Terms (Pro Subscription)
For Pro subscription users:
- Subscription is billed monthly or annually
- Cancel anytime via your app store account
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Free trial available for new subscribers
Disclaimers
Please be aware:
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- No guarantee of 100% accuracy for AI features
- We are not liable for data loss (please maintain backups)
- Service availability may vary
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time via app settings
- We may terminate accounts for terms violations
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted
- Some provisions survive termination (e.g., limitation of liability)
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Spoken operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
